The LOFB Global Ambassador Programme a brand advocacy programme that gives you the opportunity to build brand awareness for our challenger LOFB brand and help promote its key Social Mission. You will connect with consumers, vendors, venue owners, event managers  and influencers in key markets. Global Ambassadors gain experience in fields such as marketing, sales, digital, event management, content creation and much, much more.

LOFB Global Ambassadors work in conjunction with local sales and marketing teams in the planning, development and implementation of the LOFB brand strategy in their respective markets.

The role of an LOFB  Global Ambassador is field based and you work across a wide range of marketing activities such as brand education, event management and digital. You’ll work with local brand teams and off your own initiative to be on a first name basis with bartenders, distributors, agencies and influencers alike.

As our LOFB Global Ambassadors come from a variety of backgrounds and experiences  we ensure our induction training programme covers all bases so that our LOFB Global Ambassadors are equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to feel confident moving to their international market to hit the ground running as an LOFB Global Ambassador.

Our LOFB Global Ambassadors are driven, fun, creative and entrepreneurial, with a passion for cigars and our mission. If you have a keen interest for brand marketing and sales, then this programme is for you. 

The one key requirement is your ability to personify LOVE!  ......You need to Love life, you need to Love meeting new people, you need to Love sharing ideas, you need to Love the thrill of the chase, you need to Love challenging the norms, you Love being a self starter, you Love all things digital and social , you Love opening people to new ideas and products and Love being creative . Most of all you need to show some self Love and Love to others !

Formal qualifications are NOT essential. However, our programme tends to attract those who want to kick start or have been or al ready in a career in marketing, sales, distribution, brand management, social media, advertising  and other similar fields. Whilst we don't look at formal qualifications, we do look at the strengths you can bring to the role. Being creative in how your personify LOVE  in your video application will definitely  help you stand out from the crowd in our competitive application process.

Oh, you do also need to have a full, clean driving licence, and a clear police record ... we do operate in a regulated industry after all !

The application process includes a brief written application and the submission of a supporting 2-minute video application.  Both elements are essential to provide you with the chance to show us how you personify LOVE and tell your story, your way.

The LOFB  team start by reading your written application. This is the first impression the team get of you and your application. Next, the team watch your 2-minute video application. It is important that you stick to the 2-minute limit on this. This shows that you are following the guidelines for application.

At this stage , its more around getting to meet you ( either virtually via zoom/teams or in person  depending on your location) and you having the opportunity to meet some of our team . In the end great partnerships are based on great people, and this is a chance for you to maybe ask us some interesting questions and find out more about or brand, our mission or how we operate and likewise we may have some questions ( even a couple of curly ones) we might want to ask . Everything said is maintained in complete confidence !

Shortly after the Interview we will come back to you providing feedback and if we feel we can work together in a great partnership, an offer .  Once that is accepted  we will outline the nest stages of Induction & Training and how they will be handled. Given we are a nibble start up our current training is delivered  virtually whihc also gives you the opportunity to do it at your pace and at a time and chosing that works best for you.
